My Nursing Must Haves

Hey there mamas! I made a short video to hopefully help new moms in the breastfeeding process. (No I don't teach you how to breastfeed) I talk to you about tips that helped me in producing more milk, as well as products that I enjoy and make my breastfeeding experience easier.
Nothing is more beautiful than that bond you create while breastfeeding. I know some can't or don't chose to breastfeeding and I am in no way judging or saying you have to breastfeed; I'm just simply sharing my breastfeeding must haves and things that helped me with both my children.

I hope this video helped some of you out. Something that I did not go in depth in this video was the topic on plugged ducts. I mention in this video how I got plugged ducts with my first child a lot. And in order to prevent them the best way is to pump after every feeding; if your child does not empty your breast. However if you still find yourself getting plugged ducts the best way I found to unplugged them were certain positions while breastfeeding.
Plugged ducts hurt so step one would be to either take a warm shower and let the hot water hit the area that hurts or use warm a cloth on; you want to gently massage. Second will be latch your child. I found that hovering over helped (since gravity did a lot of the work) a lot. You should do these two steps as much as possible and should clear the plugged duct.

Id love to hear some of your favorites as well as any other tips for fellow moms.
